Joseph Baglio
President & CEO, Broker
At an early age, Joseph Baglio realized that real estate was in his blood. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he has always had a passion for New York Real Estate. In the late 1990s, Joseph started in the industry as an intern for a commercial mortgage lender. After earning his degree in Business Management & Finance from Brooklyn College, he continued working as a commercial loan underwriter.
In his early twenties, Joseph entered into his first development venture by acquiring land in Queens, NY, where he built several multi-family homes. Over the years, he has been responsible for the development of several projects throughout the city, ranging from townhomes to mid-rise buildings.
Joseph was always drawn to brokerage and obtained his real estate license in 2002. He then joined one of Brooklyn's premier and most established real estate firms: Madison Estates. In 2007, he became a partner and could not be happier with the path that he chose and continues to travel on.
Joseph is currently affiliated with REBNY, Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service, and National Association of Realtors E-Pros. To this day, he stays active in this industry and strives to beat expectations.
Gerard Longo

Gerard Longo is the principal of Madison Estates & Properties (Est. 1953) and has been its driving force since acquiring it in 1992.
With more than 30 years of experience and over 7,000 transactions, Mr. Longo is a well-recognized leader in the real estate industry. He has been featured in many leading media outlets, including MSNBC, Squawk Box, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New York Post, The Daily News, and The Real Deal.
Mr. Longo has held many positions within the real estate industry, including President of the Brooklyn New York MLS, board and officer positions on the Brooklyn Board of Realtors, Staten Island Board of Realtors, and the New York Association of Realtors.
Growing up in a real estate family and surrounded by New York City’s most iconic architecture, Mr. Longo’s interest in real estate was almost inevitable. He began his real estate career at 18 while attending college. He then branched out to commercial leasing before acquiring Madison Estates.
Mr. Longo graduated from Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York, and continued his education at Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York.
