Anthony Franzese

Anthony J. Franzese, a lifelong Italian-American from Brooklyn, New York and currently the Managing Partner and Broker of Madison Estates Sotheby’s International Realty –The Franzese Group.

In 2006, Anthony and The Franzese Group began its humble beginnings in a small walk-up apartment office in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. Franzese has grown from a multi-million-dollar producer into the leadership role of a powerful franchise office with a sales force of 80+ agents and continuously growing with Next Level Real Estate Professionals.

Franzese believes in his long established motto, “Learning is Earning” and takes pride in mentoring and training an elite group of stellar individuals in his organization. “Success is defined very differently for many people, for me success is measured by the lives I have positively impacted with helping my team reach their personal goals and turning their dreams into realities.”

With a background in Business Management and Construction, Franzese has a passion for the real estate industry as he continues to support the industry by serving as Membership Chairperson on the Brooklyn MLS and in the past Vice-President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
