Besides being a lifelong Southern Brooklyn resident, Dave spent 10 years as the face and voice of New York City’s television station, producing and hosting various shows that explored every nook and cranny of this great City.

As a writer and on-camera personality, Dave has honed very unique skills that allow him to perfectly position and present your home, elevating it to receive the attention it deserves. His years of experience as an Executive Producer combined with his years in the Real Estate industry have made Dave a sharp problem solver and negotiator. Whenever he isn’t working, Dave spends time with his wife and two young daughters along the peaceful waterfront of South Brooklyn.
