Peter Hernandez
Real Estate Professional
- English
Peter Hernandez has lived all of his life in the Marine Park area of Brooklyn. Growing up, Peter enjoyed the suburban feel the neighborhood had to offer and sports became a big part of his life. Peter was an avid baseball player starting at only 4 years old. He continued playing the sport throughout his childhood years. While attending high school, his love for the sport led him to his very first job as a youth baseball umpire which continued for 9 years.
Upon graduating St. Joseph’s College of Brooklyn he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Although his original plan was to join law enforcement, life had other plans for Peter. Soon after completing his degree, the opportunity to work in Real Estate quickly came knocking on his door and Peter has never looked back. He credits much of his success to the many mentors and staff at Madison Estates Sotheby's International Realty. He prides himself in being the calm voice of reason through one of the most emotional transactions most people will make in their lifetime. A true professional, he is always looking to share his expertise, ensuring the real estate process is a seamless one for his clients.
With the business always evolving and changing, Peter find the ongoing process of professional education and development essential to ensure he remains a valued resource for his clients. In addition to his Real Estate license, Peter also holds a Property & Casualty license and a Life, Health, and Accident insurance license in New York and New Jersey. With insurance often being an overlooked but crucial part of the real estate process, Peter is able to provide guidance and a vast selection of products to his clients.
Traveling and exploring the great outdoors is Peters great passion. With a personal goal of visiting all 50 states and as many countries as possible, you can find his social media pages filled with his many adventures around the world. Peter loves to experience the world’s diverse cultures; from hiking the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains to enjoying a cold pint at a pub in Ireland. Peter makes the most of every minute, beginning his day at 5am as he embarks on his daily 2 hour walk around Marine Park with strength training at the gym immediately after. Hundreds of calories later he is ready to tackle the day and further his real estate career.
